Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa’s investment holding company, ARS Capital, has consolidated 100% ownership of Age Management System, a company operating in preventive medicine and personalized health management. The acquisition was reported by the Finteco publication.
Following the transaction, the holding company gained full control of the healthcare asset. Further development is expected to involve investment in equipment, an expanded range of services, and the introduction of medical technologies. Particular attention is planned for mental health and assistance programs for people who have experienced traumatic events during the war.
The parties have not disclosed the acquisition price. The amount ARS Capital intends to allocate to the next stage of Age Management System’s development has also not been publicly announced.
What Consolidating 100% Ownership Means
For ARS Capital, the transaction continues its investment in healthcare. Full ownership of Age Management System allows the holding company to determine the company’s long-term priorities and make decisions about their funding.
According to the acquisition announcement, the main focus is on developing technological capabilities and expanding the range of services. The holding company will be able to plan equipment purchases, support the introduction of new solutions, and determine the sequence of investments.
ARS Capital has gained control of an operating business with a medical team, patient care programs, and additional educational and remote products. Its core clinical offering is AM System, a package of services combining diagnostic testing, specialist consultations, and personalized health management programs.
However, the company has not yet presented a detailed investment plan. Public announcements do not specify which equipment will be purchased, when new services will become available, or whether the strategy includes opening additional locations.
How Maksym Krippa Explains the Investment
Maksym Krippa views the acquisition of Age Management System as a long-term investment in medical technologies and services associated with maintaining quality of life. According to him, development in this area should address physical and mental health, energy, and a person’s ability to remain productive.
“This is a long-term investment in a technological and medical ecosystem that will help people maintain their quality of life, mental health, energy, and ability to work for longer,”
Another goal outlined by the businessman is to gradually broaden access to modern preventive medicine technologies. The holding company has not yet detailed how it intends to achieve this.
Under the stated strategy, the clinic acquisition is linked to plans to develop a broader healthcare business. This encompasses patient care, technological solutions, and services that enable ongoing contact with individuals and monitoring of changes in their health.
Equipment, Mental Health, and Support for People Affected by War
Introducing modern medical equipment is among the priorities announced following the acquisition of Age Management System. This is intended to expand the clinic’s capabilities and support the development of its services.
A specific list of planned purchases has not been published. Introducing equipment will also require staff training, technical maintenance, and decisions about how the new capabilities will be incorporated into medical programs.
A separate area is the expansion of mental health support. The company is also considering professional care and recovery programs for people who have experienced war-related trauma. The development announcement specifically mentions people living with post-traumatic stress disorder.
For now, these initiatives have been presented as areas for future work. Information about program content, launch dates, participating specialists, and eligibility requirements has not been made public.
For Age Management System, this would mean expanding into an area requiring a specialist team and defined care delivery procedures. The programs should reflect individual needs and provide opportunities for follow-up care.
About Age Management System
Age Management System is a preventive medicine clinic located at 9 Andriia Verkhohliada Street in Kyiv. The company specializes in personalized health management and uses a model based on ongoing patient relationships.
According to the company’s published history, the AM System concept took shape in 2018. During its development, the team studied international approaches to preventive medicine, including practices in Japan, the United States, and Europe.
The concept centers on age management: managing age-related changes and associated health risks. Under this term, the company brings together diagnostic testing, consultations, lifestyle recommendations, and individually selected medical services.
The clinic is headed by Olha But, a physician with a Candidate of Medical Sciences degree and expertise in internal medicine and neurology. Its operations involve specialists from different fields, with their work coordinated within each patient’s program.
Care begins with gathering information about the person’s health and identifying issues requiring attention. Following examinations and consultations, a personalized program is developed and may subsequently be adjusted based on changes in the patient’s condition and monitoring results.
AM System’s Main Areas of Work
The clinic offers long-term medical care through an annual membership model. This combines examinations, consultations, teamwork, and administrative support over a defined period.
Diagnostic Testing and Individual Risk Assessment
AM System’s services include laboratory testing, metabolic and hormonal assessments, genetic testing, microbiome analysis, and diagnostic examinations using medical equipment.
The purpose is to gather information to inform subsequent medical decisions. Specific examinations should be selected individually, taking account of symptoms, medical history, health status, and clinical indications. The clinic’s overall range of services does not mean that every patient needs every available test.
Consultations and Personalized Programs
Another area involves consultations with relevant specialists and the preparation of individual recommendations. These may address nutrition, physical activity, sleep, management of existing conditions, and other issues identified during an examination.
Ongoing care allows the team to monitor changes, discuss how recommendations are being followed, and revise the program when necessary. A personal client manager helps organize appointments and communication with specialists.
Procedures and Medical Technologies
The clinic also offers IV therapy—the intravenous administration of medications—as well as services involving medical devices and biotechnology. Their appropriateness requires an individual medical assessment.
The team structures its approach through an “Age Management pyramid.” Its foundation consists of personal motivation, health monitoring, nutrition, sleep, and physical activity. Higher levels include supplements, pharmaceutical and hormonal interventions, medical devices, and biotechnology. This model explains how the company organizes its services and determines their sequence.
Educational and Remote Products
Alongside clinical services, the company develops AM Academy, a training platform for age management professionals. It operates online and in person. The company links its educational activities to specialist training and the dissemination of its approach to preventive medicine.
Remote services are represented by AM One. The service involves questionnaires, specialist review of the results, and personalized supplement selection. Its related product, NRG BOX, is a customized supplement package that may be divided into daytime and evening portions.
The company also reports using artificial intelligence to analyze data and personalize care. Assessing the accuracy of these tools requires information about their algorithms and validation results. Questionnaires remain a means of collecting information and do not replace medical diagnosis.
